Nascence Group LLC is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Subcontractor. The Grounds Maintenance Laborer will have experience in Grounds Maintenance.

Responsibilities:

1. Cut’s lawn using hand, power or riding mower; trims and edges around walks, flower beds, walls, etc. Roughly about 1 acre of grounds.
2. Plant’s grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs; prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth, using shears and other hand tools.
3. Spray’s lawns, trees and shrubs with fertilizers and insecticides.
4. May perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds maintenance.
5. May perform routine laboring and maintenance duties when grounds keeping work has been completed.
6. Gather and empty trash.

Requirements:

1. Previous Experience In Grounds Maintenance, Or Other Related Fields.
2. Ability to handle physical workload.
3. Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Must be reliable and willing to perform assigned daily tasks.
6. Strong organizational skills.
