Job summary

Gorman & Company, LLC is seeking a Grounds & Light Maintenance Technician for Wintergreen, a 243-unit affordable and workforce housing community in Dillon, CO. You will perform grounds care and light repairs, support make-readies, and help keep the property safe, attractive, and comfortable for residents year-round.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic maintenance skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous maintenance & groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general repairs knowledge.
• Ability to read and complete work orders and service requests accurately.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds to keep properties attractive, safe, and well-kept (mowing, trimming, watering, weeding, seasonal upkeep).
• Perform light maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, lock changes, fixtures).
• Assist with apartment make-readies by cleaning, painting, and preparing units for new residents.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Support tool/equipment inventory and assist vendors; interact professionally with residents and team.

We’re seeking a dependable Grounds & Light Maintenance Technician to help care for our 243-unit affordable and workforce housing community Wintergreen, located in Dillon, CO.
