Job summary

Gorman & Company, LLC is hiring a Grounds & Light Maintenance Technician for a Dillon, CO community. You will maintain outdoor spaces and perform light repairs to keep residents safe and comfortable year-round, including making-readies and routine inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance and groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall knowledge.
• Ability to read and complete work orders accurately.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Good communication, safety awareness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds to keep the property attractive, safe, and well-kept.
• Perform light maintenance and basic repairs in apartments and common areas.
• Assist with apartment make-readies by cleaning and painting.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Support inventory control and assist vendors as needed.
• Interact professionally with residents, team members, and vendors.
