This groundskeeping role supports grounds maintenance across properties, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and seasonal tasks. Shifts may require nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred.
• Driver's License required; ability to pass background and MVR check.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding landscaping duties.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping duties on property including mowing, trimming, and pruning.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment such as mowers, snow blowers, and clippers.
• Shovel snow and apply salt to walkways and parking lots.
• Prepare soil and plantings, ensure proper upkeep of sidewalks, planters, and features.
• Assist with holiday light installation and other duties as assigned.
