Job summary

St-John is seeking a Grounds Keeper to maintain campus landscaping, assist with watering, weeding, mowing, and general upkeep of grounds on campus and off-campus properties.

The role includes winter snow and ice removal, on-call duty for safety, and occasional support to other campus Grounds & Building departments. Must have a high school diploma and related experience; a Master Gardener's certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of grounds keeping or similar experience.
• High School diploma and two years trade school or college.
• Master Gardener's certificate is desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and upkeep of campus grounds on and off campus properties.
• Winter snow and ice removal from parking lots, roadways and sidewalks on on-call basis.
