Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Landscape Technician to maintain grass, trees, shrubs and ground cover across multiple bank locations in Michigan. You will respond to work orders, assist with equipment maintenance and support the Landscape Manager.

The role requires 1 year in landscape maintenance, a valid Michigan driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Expect 40 hrs/week with potential OT and seasonal duties. Citizens Bank offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year landscape maintenance experience required, including zero-turn mower operation.
• Ability to travel using a company sanctioned vehicle as required.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service experience.
• Proficiency with iPad, smartphones, computers, and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Work with landscaping team on daily tasks and cover for absences.
• Follow best practices in equipment use and maintenance at multiple Citizens facilities.
• Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties as required across sites.
• Mow lawns and landscape features as needed to complete work orders.
• Shovel snow, apply anti-skid, and clean exterior areas.
• Close out work orders via iPad/CMMS and respond to service requests.
