Faithworks Total Ground Maintenance, LLC seeks a reliable Crew Leader to supervise a 2–5 person field team performing grounds maintenance. You will ensure quality, safety, and timely completion while leading by example and coordinating with supervisors and clients.

You will train new crew members, perform site inspections, manage tool inventory, and uphold company standards in varied weather. This hands-on leadership role offers growth opportunities and a chance to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, janitorial, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a crew of 2–5 field employees in daily operations.
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs with a focus on quality and safety.
• Delegate tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members.
• Perform work alongside the crew, setting the standard for pace and professionalism.
• Conduct pre- and post-job site inspections and complete necessary documentation.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; report damages or shortages.
• Monitor and report crew attendance, performance, and behavior.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, jobsite rules, and client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment as required.
