Faithworks Total Ground Maintenance, LLC seeks a reliable Crew Leader to supervise a 2–5 person field team performing grounds maintenance. You will ensure quality, safety, and timely completion while leading by example and coordinating with supervisors and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, janitorial, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

The Crew Leader ensures quality work, efficiency, and adherence to company standards while fostering a team-oriented work environment. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership, time management, and clear communication.
