Job summary

Cross Creek Grounds is seeking a Field Service Manager to organize crews, maximize productivity, and ensure client and employee satisfaction. Daily site visits will verify quality and support training of new crew members and leaders.

You will communicate across crews, clients, and the Operations Manager, manage inventory, restock equipment, and prepare department-wide safety and production updates for meetings.
