Job summary

Oakwood Management Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Grounds Person to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces at Grounds- Fenimore/Albany Corners. You’ll mow, trim, plant, mulch, and keep walkways safe and inviting.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping; outdoor work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance landscaping: mowing, trimming, planting, mulching.
• Perform seasonal tasks: leaf removal, snow clearing, de-icing walkways.
• Inspect and maintain outdoor facilities: playgrounds, walkways, parking areas.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment: mowers, trimmers, snow blowers.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of outdoor structures and amenities.
• Ensure grounds are safe, clean, and inviting for employees and visitors.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on special projects and events.

Your Role:

Do you love the outdoors and have a green thumb? As a Grounds Person, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and safety of our outdoor spaces. From manicured lawns to vibrant flower beds, you'll ensure our grounds are always at their best.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and enhance the landscaping of our grounds, including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching
