Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor areas of our apartment complex. You will trim hedges, water plants, and keep spaces free of debris while assisting with planting and general upkeep.

You will work with the maintenance team to complete tasks, inspect outdoor areas for repairs, and ensure a safe, attractive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping/groundskeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and plant care.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces.
• Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities
