StoneRidge Retirement Living Communities in Poplar Run - Myerstown, PA is hiring a full-time maintenance team member responsible for lawn care, general repairs, and facility upkeep to support resident well-being.

The role emphasizes safety, timely work orders, on-call rotations, and collaboration with leadership to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Run and operate string trimmers, edgers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, zero turn mowers, tractors/loaders.
• Haul trailers and equipment.
• Maintain mulch beds (edging, weeding, spraying, trimming, raking).
• Maintain lawn free of debris from limbs, leaves, etc.
• Pressure wash walkways, cottages, patios.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility and equipment (belts, filters, HVAC, electrical).
• Complete work orders for repairs to facility, apartments, common areas, and equipment, including heavy lifting.
