This full-time position requires knowledge of horticultural practices and the ability to handle commercial maintenance equipment. Responsibilities include manual labor for the upkeep of grounds and buildings while supporting broader University operations. A valid NC Driver’s License is required. A sign-on bonus of $3,497 is available to successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and ability to perform medium to heavy physical work.
• Ability to withstand extreme weather conditions.
• Experience with landscape maintenance procedures and equipment.
