Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist for Silas at Springwoods in Spring, TX. The role focuses on maintaining the property grounds, common areas, and amenities, and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include daily site walks to clear litter, trash removal, pool level checks, and cleaning duties. A friendly, safety-conscious candidate with good communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• One or more years of general labor experience preferred; multifamily experience a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication across channels.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walks the property and removes litter, debris, and pet droppings from all areas.
• Removes trash and recyclables and maintains trash areas per schedule.
• Checks and logs pool levels daily and vacuums pools weekly.
• Cleans and maintains facilities through general labor tasks.
• Cleans and maintains grills and inspects timers and knobs for safety.
