Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a dedicated groundskeeper for our Fort Worth area properties. The role focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas, including pools, clubhouses, and outdoor spaces, and ensuring timely resident service.

You will work closely with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks, uphold safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service to residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must own personal hand tools.
• Must be within 30 minutes of the community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally to boost satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.
