Job summary

LDG Development LLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Member in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on protecting and enhancing community value and improving resident living experiences through timely maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities include groundskeeping, safe operation of equipment, after-hours on-call support, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and grounds; includes groundskeeping and landscaping duties.
• Operates, maintains, and repairs facility equipment following safety programs and procedures.
• Responds to work orders; participates in on-call maintenance rotation.
• Inspects public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards are met.
• Follows regulations for air conditioning, refrigeration, pools, and water chemistry.
