Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and temple-worthy.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and heavy equipment with commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, kneel, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and maintenance activities on properties and facilities, including raking, shoveling, pruning, hauling vegetation and materials, removing debris, collecting trash, and maintaining clean grounds.
• Assist with the care and maintenance of landscaped areas, open spaces, and community common areas.
• Support maintenance of community assets including streets, streetlights, cemetery grounds, parks, and drainage systems.
• Safely operate landscaping equipment such as weed trimmers, riding mowers, and hand tools as assigned.
