Job summary

Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation in Henderson, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all Grounds Department operations, including lawns, trees, ponds, signs, and irrigation. The role requires leadership and hands-on supervision of maintenance tasks to keep outdoor spaces safe and attractive.

You will manage parking areas, irrigation systems, lighting, and snow/ice removal, while coordinating with administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads.
• Ability to implement and initiate necessary plans to ensure proper maintenance of grounds.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operations of the Grounds Department including maintaining of all lawns, trees, gardens, shrubbery, plants, ponds and fountains.
• Maintains all parking areas.
• Installs and maintains exterior signs.
• Maintains boundary fencing.
• Able to use and maintain all associated equipment and machinery.
• Assists residents with gardening.
