Job summary

Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation in Henderson, TX seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to direct all Grounds Department operations. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call responsibility to ensure exterior areas are well-kept for residents and visitors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in grounds maintenance, leadership experience, the ability to lift heavy loads, and basic computer skills to track tasks and supplies.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience and ability to manage Grounds Department.
• Experience in grounds maintenance for at least 3 years.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads.
• Ability to plan and initiate maintenance strategies.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operations of the Grounds Department including lawns, trees, gardens, ponds, and fountains.
• Maintain all parking areas and exterior signs.
• Keep boundary fencing and irrigation systems in good condition.
• Operate and maintain related equipment and machinery.
• Assist residents with gardening and seasonal duties.
• Remove snow and ice from roads and walks.
• Perform exterior trash removal and lighting maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
