Qualifications

• Ability to implement and initiate necessary plans to ensure proper maintenance of grounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Grounds Department operations, maintaining lawns, trees, gardens, ponds, and related features.
• Maintains all parking areas.
• Installs and maintains exterior signs.
• Maintains boundary fencing.
• Operates and maintains grounds equipment and machinery.
• Assists residents with gardening activities.
• Removes snow and ice from roads and walks.
• Exterior trash removal and lighting maintenance.
• Maintains irrigation systems.
• Performs other duties as requested by Administrator.
