Job summary

Marbridge is seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to join our Facilities team to maintain a safe, functional, and well‑kept environment for residents, guests, visitors, and staff. The role leads the landscaping team, ensures safety compliance, and coordinates maintenance of grounds, irrigation, and seasonal projects.

Responsibilities include performance reviews, scheduling, and ordering supplies, with shifts Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in groundskeeping.
• Knowledge of standards principles, methods, practice, techniques, tools, and equipment used as a groundskeeper.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign daily work for the landscaping team.
• Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate employee performance, attendance, and other concerns to the Facilities Director.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback on staff performance.
• Maintain the appearance of campus grounds by mowing, trimming, planting, watering, weeding, and removing debris.
• Plant and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, lawns, and garden areas.
• Apply mulch, fertilizer, and herbicides as needed.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely.
• Monitor landscaping supplies and assist with purchasing and inventory.
• Install and maintain landscape features, irrigation systems, and outdoor improvements.
• Assist with seasonal projects, including holiday decoration setup and removal.
