Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is hiring for a full-time manual labor/maintenance role in Baltimore, MD. On-site position performing daily cleaning, property inspections, and general upkeep to keep communities welcoming.

You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, hold a valid driver's license, and be willing to perform various site tasks including maintenance and janitorial duties; weekend work and travel to nearby properties may be required. On-site team environment with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal automobile.
• Willingness to help with maintenance/janitorial tasks.
• Ability to work weekends and travel to other properties in the region.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and trash removal across the property.
• Walk and inspect the property daily, keeping common areas neat.
