Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is hiring for a full-time manual labor/maintenance role in Baltimore, MD. On-site position performing daily cleaning, property inspections, and general upkeep to keep communities welcoming.

You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, hold a valid driver's license, and be willing to perform various site tasks including maintenance and janitorial duties; weekend work and travel to nearby properties may be required. On-site team environment with bonus eligibility.

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal automobile.
• Willingness to help with maintenance/janitorial tasks.
• Ability to work weekends and travel to other properties in the region.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and trash removal across the property.
• Walk and inspect the property daily, keeping common areas neat.

On any given day you may do one or all of the following:

• Daily cleaning and trash removal throughoutcommunity.
• Physically walk and inspect propertyon a daily basis, keeping the property, trash receptacle areas, hallways, common areas, garages and/or parking lots clean, neat and orderly.

These are the requirements for this position:

• Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 50 pounds. Physical elements of the job may require frequent standing and walking, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders,balancingand carrying.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, personalautomobile.
• Willingness to help and work in areas other than grounds, such as maintenance, janitorial, etc.
• Ability toworkweekends.
• Ability to travel to other properties in the same region.
