Job summary

Suburban Inns is seeking a Grounds Team Manager to oversee the grounds team and ensure weekly upkeep across multiple properties. The role includes landscaping, snow removal, and coordination of warehouse activities, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will lead and develop team members, enforce Suburban Inns processes, and participate in special projects as needed to support operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and extract information and perform arithmetic functions.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Formal education of high school diploma or equivalent with landscape/leadership background.
• Valid driver's license and background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grounds team members and weekly maintenance of Suburban Inns grounds.
• Supervise landscaping, snow removal, and related equipment operation.
• Assist with oversight of warehouse activities and related admin functions.
• Ensure safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Maintain fleet and equipment awareness; coordinate with management on special projects.
