Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of building/grounds maintenance experience or 2 years total.
• Possess Oregon Driver’s License by end of probation.
• First aid/CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and grounds maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct unit inspections and complete reports.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions.
• Clean grounds and parking areas; manage trash.
• Maintain fencing, gates, sprinkler system, and walks.
• Shovel snow and apply deicing as needed.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
