Job summary

Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on tribal facilities and buildings. You will complete work requests daily within set timeframes and participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends.

The role requires a valid Oregon driver’s license, background checks, and the ability to operate carpentry tools and some heavy equipment. Plumbing repairs and painting tasks are also involved.

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon driver’s license and insurability by Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs.
• Criminal background check required (Federal, Tribal, and State).
• Pre-employment alcohol and drug screening required.
• Experience with carpentry tools: skill saw, table saw, nailer, etc.
• Windows, screens, floors, locks installation; painting.
• Ability to drive and operate lawn mowers; some heavy equipment safely.
• Some plumbing repairs may be required.

• Be on call 24/7 with rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
