Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mows lawns and trims weeds to keep property well-groomed.
• Paints interior and exterior walls and details trim work.
• Operates snow removal equipment to keep parking lots clear in winter.
• Repairs and maintains buildings, addressing plumbing and electrical issues.
• Weeds flower beds, prunes shrubs/trees, maintains plant health and aesthetics.
• Cleans gutters and performs minor repairs to prevent water damage.
• Checks and replaces batteries in smoke detectors to ensure safety standards.
• Assists in quarterly inspections of independent homes for quality living conditions.
• Receives and executes work orders from supervisor efficiently.
• Maintains confidentiality of residents, staff and organization information.
