Qualifications

• Must read and communicate in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment per maintenance manual.
• Coordinate and oversee repairs by service providers; ensure proper execution.
• Support other functions as needed to keep the property ready for holidays, special events, etc.
• Willing and able to work independently without daily supervision.
• Operate equipment such as truck, golf cart, lawn mower, blower, forklift, man-lift, etc.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
