Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• No DUI/DWI or reckless driving in the last 3 years.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and obtain medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas.
• Operate equipment and vehicles to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with team to manage landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Follow safety, security and regulatory requirements (OSHA/EPA).
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
