Applicants should have at least two years in landscaping, a valid driver’s license, and a DOT medical certification. English reading/writing required; Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in landscaping/gardening.
• DOT physical and medical certification pre‑hire.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license held for at least 3 years with a clean record.
• No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years for commercial motor vehicles.
• No serious traffic or preventable accident violations in the last 3 years for commercial motor vehicles.
• Ability to read and speak in the English language.
• Minimum age of 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete tasks.
• Work with associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
