Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and obtain medical certification.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• No DUI/DWI or reckless driving in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance in parking lots, exteriors, and surrounding areas.
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete landscaping tasks.
• Collaborate with team to manage exterior maintenance and landscaping.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory protocols (OSHA/EPA) and company policies.
