Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• No DUI/DWI or reckless driving in last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in 3 years (CDL if applicable).
• Ability to read and speak English.
• DOT physical and medical certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance in parking lots and around exteriors.
• Operate landscaping equipment and vehicles to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with team to manage landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Follow safety, security and regulatory protocols (OSHA/EPA).
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
