The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with associates to deliver high-standard exterior maintenance and customer-facing grounds care across Walmart facilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas.
• Operate equipment and vehicles to complete landscaping tasks.
• Collaborate with associates to manage landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory requirements (OSHA/EPA).
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement upgrades.
