Walmart is expanding its Landscape Operations team and seeking Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator to oversee landscape projects and maintain grounds year-round. You will mow, trim, prune, and collaborate with a team to keep exterior spaces pristine, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires 2 years of landscaping experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical certification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with team to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and regulatory protocols including OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
