Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years and valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass MVR.
• DOT physical and medical certification completed.
• Ability to read and speak English clearly.
• 2 years’ landscaping/gardening industry experience.
• No major DUI/DWI or serious traffic violations in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and around exterior buildings.
• Operate specialized landscaping equipment and vehicles.
• Collaborate with associates on landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory requirements at local and federal levels.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance; assess landscaping needs and upgrades.
