Auburn-Washburn USD 437 is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Manager to oversee the District’s Grounds Maintenance program and supervise Grounds Staff at multiple sites.
Responsibilities include maintaining district grounds and athletic fields to a high standard, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring safe, efficient operations in a collaborative, school-focused environment.

Job Description
Manage the District’s Grounds Maintenance program while directing the work of other Grounds Staff. Maintain the grounds and athletic fields at all district sites to a high standard of appearance and function.

Salary: $13.86 - $18.86/hour (wage determined by years of relevant experience)
Terms of Employment: 8 hours/day, 12 months/year
District Benefits
