Job summary

Amurcon Realty Company is seeking a Grounds Person to maintain the exterior spaces, ensuring curb appeal and safe access for residents. The role requires frequent lifting, exposure to outdoor conditions, and coordination with management to perform routine maintenance.

Strong reliability and ability to work in all weather are essential. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, watering, pruning, weed control, and assisting with drainage or sidewalk maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal by upkeeping property condition and appearance.
• Daily pick-up of trash on the property and be a dependable team player.
• Perform watering and sprinkler system maintenance as needed.
• Mow and trim lawns; re-seed or re-plant if necessary.
• Properly stake trees; prune trees and shrubs as directed.
• Weed lawns and all planted areas; manage drainage corrections as required.
• Maintain sidewalks and steps to be free of snow and ice; ensure safe ingress/egress.
• Perform light maintenance tasks; comply with safety equipment usage and company requests.

PURPOSE:To be responsible for the care of lawns, trees, shrubs, and ground cover so they stay in green, healthy, eye-appealing condition.
