Job summary

Burford’s Construction seeks an entry-level Groundman to support vegetation management, clearing and maintenance for the power grid. You will assist with safety checks, operate basic equipment, and join storm restoration efforts as needed, ensuring safe, efficient project progress.

Ideal candidates read/write English well; Spanish/English bilinguals are a plus. A driver’s license is required; CDL is strongly preferred. Ability to travel and perform physically demanding work is essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CDL strongly preferred.
• Able to travel long distances on short notice.
• Able to work extended hours and rigorous physical labor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
