Job summary

Burford's Construction is seeking a General Laborer-Spotter to assist in removal, clearing, and maintenance of vegetation around our power grid projects. You will support the team in achieving objectives and may join storm restoration efforts.

The role emphasizes safety, physical labor, and the ability to read/write in English. A valid driver's license is required, with a CDL strongly preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• No experience required; entry-level role.
• Able to read/write and communicate effectively in English.
• CDL strongly preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to travel and perform rigorous physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Secure safety of self and others using PPE and tools.
• Assist in vegetation management and clearance tasks.
• Support team to meet project objectives.
• Join storm restoration efforts when needed.
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely and professionally.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills.
