Job summary

Burford’s Construction LLC is seeking an entry-level Trimmer C/General Laborer to assist with vegetation management, clearing, and maintenance along our power grid projects. You will help ensure safety, operate basic equipment, and support storm restoration efforts.

The role requires reading and writing in English, physical stamina, and a willingness to travel. CDL is strongly preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift 50 lbs+.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel long distances on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in vegetation management and clearing.
• Support safety checks and PPE usage for self and team.
• Join storm restoration efforts when needed.
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely and professionally.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills.
