You will assist skilled tradespeople, maintain a safe work environment, and contribute to efficient completion of projects.

The role involves digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, and moving materials, with exposure to outdoor elements.

Qualifications

• General construction labor duties and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor (digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, moving materials).
• Assist skilled tradespeople with loading/unloading and setting up work areas.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Clean and prepare construction sites and store tools/equipment.
• Maintain organized work areas and follow safety procedures (PPE).
• Spot equipment and vehicles for safe operation on site.
• Assist with installation/removal of temporary structures and barricades.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
