Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Laborer/Groundman to perform essential manual labor on utility and infrastructure projects across Florida. You will assist skilled tradespeople, maintain a safe work environment, and help ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities include digging, trenching, lifting and moving materials, cleaning sites, operating basic hand and power tools under supervision, and supporting setup of work areas and temporary structures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in construction or manual labor is helpful but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Perform general manual labor including digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with loading/unloading, setting up work areas, and providing support as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, remove debris and hazards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage of tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE; participate in safety meetings.
• Spot equipment and vehicles to ensure safe operation on site.
• Assist with installation and removal of temporary structures and barricades.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
