Job summary

Primoris-Services-Corporation is seeking reliable construction labor to assist line crews with trenching, material handling, and site preparation. You will help load equipment, operate hand and power tools under supervision, and keep work areas clean and safe on active job sites.

Preferred candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, are physically capable of demanding tasks, and can pass pre-employment checks. CDL is a plus, and overtime opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist line crews and operators with digging trenches, moving materials, and preparing work sites.
• Load and unload trucks with poles, wire, conduits, and other items.
• Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage of tools.
• Perform basic flagging to direct traffic and ensure safety.
• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
