Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist linemen with preparation at job sites.
• Perform manual labor tasks like digging trenches.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Load and unload materials from vehicles.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on site.
• Participate in daily safety briefings.

Skills

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)

Strong work ethic

Ability to follow instructions

Basic safety practices understanding

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Class D Driver's License
