Working under the direct supervision of experienced linemen, you will be responsible for preparing materials, operating basic equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment on various project sites. **Job Responsibilities-** \* Assist linemen with the preparation and organization of tools, materials, and equipment at job sites. \* Perform various manual labor tasks, including digging trenches, moving poles, and clearing brush. \* Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools under supervision. \* Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles. \* Ensure proper grounding and safety procedures are followed on site. \* Maintain a clean and organized work area. \* Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions precisely. \* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. \* Participate in daily safety briefings and pre-job hazard assessments. \* Assist with traffic control and flagging duties as needed. **Job Qualifications-** \* High School Diploma or GED equivalent. \* Valid Class D Driver's License; a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus. \* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) frequently. \* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and challenging terrains. \* Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as required. \* Basic understanding of safety practices and the ability to learn and adhere to industry standards. \* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. \* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. \* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.## About Us-Primoris has over 70 years of experience in building, operating, and maintaining electric utility power systems.
