Job summary

Future Infrastructure, LLC, a Primoris Company, is seeking a hardworking construction laborer to support line crews and equipment operators on active projects in Texas. You will assist with trenching, material handling, site prep, flagging, and tool operation under supervision.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-minded, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to learn. A valid driver’s license is preferred; CDL is a plus. We offer weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction or outdoor labor is a plus.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist line crews and equipment operators with daily tasks (digging trenches, moving materials, preparing work sites).
• Load and unload trucks with tools, equipment, and materials such as poles, wire, and conduits.
• Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and store tools properly.
• Perform basic flagging duties to direct traffic and ensure safety.
• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
