Job summary

Randoco, a Utah-based general contractor, is seeking an experienced Superintendent with retail building and large grocery store project experience. This role requires 5–10 years of on-site leadership and a local candidate.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate subcontractors, control costs, and uphold safety, quality, and schedule commitments across ground-up commercial projects. A valid driver's license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 5–10 years as a superintendent on retail/commercial builds.
• Knowledge: building processes, blueprints, and subcontractor scopes.
• Communication: good written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of commercial construction sites.
• Establish schedules and control project costs.
• Direct procurement of tools and materials.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and owners.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Document project progress, purchases, RFIs, and reports.
