Job summary

Randoco, a General Contractor in Commercial Construction, is seeking a Superintendent with experience in large and small commercial building projects, including Tilt-ups and grocery stores. This candidate needs to be in the St. George Utah area.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating with subs and suppliers, and maintaining safety, quality and productivity on site. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a superintendent is required, with the ability to read blueprints and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a superintendent on commercial projects.
• Experience with ground-up and tilt-up construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proven leadership and delegation skills, with good written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of safety standards and building trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of commercial construction projects, coordinating subs and suppliers.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on the job site.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets; document meetings and progress.
• Serve as primary contact with owners, subcontractors and vendors.
