Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role focuses on ground-up retail projects, bank branches, and similar facilities, requiring strong general contracting background.

Accountable for preconstruction through completion, you will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with owners, subcontractors, and field teams while traveling across Texas as needed.

Formación

• 4+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Direct experience with a general contractor.
• Experience with ground-up retail/financial services projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $3M–$5M.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to maintain schedules and quality.
• Serve as primary contact for owners and owner representatives.
• Monitor financial performance and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities between office, jobsites, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Travel throughout Texas as needed to support active projects.
