Job summary

TGG Accounting seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support large ground-up multifamily and commercial projects in the Memphis area. You will assist project leaders from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors to keep milestones on track.

Responsibilities include reviewing submittals, managing documentation, and utilizing Procore for project management. A private office setup is provided with local travel to sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Assistant Project Manager experience with a GC construction company.
• Experience supporting ground-up commercial or multifamily projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in overseeing large ground-up projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate with superintendents to maintain schedules and project momentum.
• Process submittals and review shop drawings.
• Communicate with subcontractors to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Site visits twice per week to monitor progress and assist with procurement timelines.
